Return Policy

Muse Mattress Return Policy

You have 120 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Muse Mattress. A new mattress can take some time for your body to adjust to, so we require for you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 20 days.

If you have slept on your Muse Mattress for a minimum of 20 days and you find it is just not the right fit for you, please contact our world class Customer Experience Team that will be happy to facilitate your return. Returns can be initiate through email or by phone call.

When processing a return, we attempt to have your mattress picked up by a local charity. This is not always possible due to the rules and regulations of each area. If we are unable to locate a charity to pickup your mattress, we will arrange the pickup through a Removal Service and attempt to coordinate a charitable donation through the Removal Service organization.

If you would like to facilitate the donation of your mattress, you are able to do so. You would need to donate the mattress to a charity or a referral through a charity. Once the mattress has been donated, a donation receipt can be submitted as confirmation for a refund.

If you received free items per a bundle promotion; we do not ask for these items to be returned upon processing the return of your mattress. You may keep these items, but you will not be eligible to receive another bundle promotion within one year of your original purchase.

 

Muse Mattress Exchange Policy

Because we offer different firmness levels, you may have the option of trying different firmness levels to determine which one is best for you and your needs. We do require for your current mattress to be returned to proceed with a firmness level switch. The return process is the same as the listed in the return section. Once the mattress has been returned, you will be issued a refund. From that point you can purchase a new Muse Mattress for the desired firmness level.  To purchase a new mattress, we ask that you call in to speak with our Customer Experience Team to ensure your new order is processed correctly and expedited. If the new order is not processed by our Customer Experience Team, it may be subject to delays or not able to be processed at all. The new mattress will have a brand new 120 night sleep trial, however, the minimum of the initial 20 days to try the mattress would still apply if you wish to return.

If you received free items per a bundle promotion; we do not ask for these items to be returned upon processing the return of your mattress. You may keep these items, but you will not be eligible to receive another bundle promotion within one year of your original purchase. The free items are also unable to be exchanged for new items of equal or lesser value; free items are final sale.
